Returns & Refund

We offer returns and refunds with the following conditions:

  • Product has not been used or damaged and must be in a sellable condition in the original packaging. (Excludes postage)
  • Product has a fault that the customer did not know about at the time of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided and is within 30 days of the date of invoice.

Return postage

  • Unless the product is faulty, the customer is responsible for re-posting the item back to us.


  • Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
